Author Maxwell Cynn will be apearing at the Upstate Steampunk Extravaganza Saturday, November 20. He will be there to promote the latest issue of Fissure Magazine and his short story "Rodger's Curious Holiday." Max will sit on a writers panel organized by Fissure Magazine.
